The ISP supports teams of K-12 educators, school and district administrators, principals, coordinators and other leaders with guided book club opportunities designed to meet unique needs of participating groups. Led by seasoned educational leaders and instructional specialists, these learning experiences provide a framework and tools to lead engaged, high-functioning teams and Professional Learning Communities.

This format is intended to bring educators together for learning, conversation and building of collective wisdom. Groups discuss chapters in The Art of Coaching Teams book, delve into a problem of practice using a Consultancy Protocol, and decide on a bridge to practice to bring to the next gathering.
