Sci314 is fee-for-service program that offers adaptable multi-year professional learning plans that include professional learning, embedded support, and systemic support. These three dimensions work in tandem to foster an educational system where ambitious science teaching and learning thrive.

PD Sessions
Workshop style format in which teachers experience ideas and strategies to support student science learning. Topics chosen based on teacher needs. 
Coaching Cycles
3-part cycles that support teachers to plan and implement strategies from PD sessions. Can include the use of video to support teacher self-reflection.
Admin Walks
Classroom observations designed to support instructional leaders’ capacity to support teacher implementation efforts.
NGSS Content Academy PD Series
NGSS-based PD sessions with bridge-to-practice opportunities between sessions.
PLC Support
Educators are supported to understand science content and learning goals in their instructional materials and/or to analyze student work.
Content Development
Sci314 specialist works with instructional leaders to develop or adapt instructional materials, tools, or common assessments.
Book Study Series
Educators read and make meaning of a research-informed anchor text and develop action plans for implementing strategies.
Learning Labs
Collaborative opportunities for teams of teachers to co-plan a lesson, observe its implementation, and debrief.
Practical Research Showcase
Teachers across the St. Louis region develop pressing questions, measures, and outcomes from the classroom to present in a culminating poster session.
