ISP Book Clubs

Many successful educators find themselves in leadership roles without substantive training on leading teams. The ISP supports teams of K-12 leaders (district administrators, principals) with guided book club opportunities. These are facilitated by our seasoned educational leaders and instructional specialists.

Researcher for a Day 

Bring your middle school students to WashU’s Danforth campus for a hands-on lab experience led by one of the University’s leading researcher/scientists. Students will wear lab coats, goggles, and be invited to think about themselves as problem-solvers for this day of group learning and fun.

Novel Engineering Training

Let the ISP help teachers from your school or district learn all about Novel Engineering, an engineering-inspired literacy concept pioneered by the School of Engineering Center for Education and Outreach at Tufts University. Inspired by kids and grounded in research, Novel Engineering is an innovative integration of engineering in elementary and middle school classrooms with a literary focus.

The ISP regularly collaborates with peer leaders in the regional education network to offer professional learning programs and services that address the needs of the professionals who lead our schools and districts.
