WashU, AT&T partnership helps teachers use educational tech tools effectively
Many of us remember nursery school as a time for finger painting and story time, but prekindergarten is also when children learn important math concepts — not just counting, but how to create patterns, recognize shapes, measure objects and compare quantities. Hazelwood has partnered with ISP’s innovative Math314 program to improve classroom instruction and student outcomes.
WashU’s ISP among seven research teams nationwide selected to explore AI and teacher professional learning
Since ASSET was transferred to WashU in 2023, the number of students engaged in the program has increased by 20 percent nationally and 241 percent regionally. WashU’s ASSET Team credits the successful scaling to impact more students to the collaborative model for curriculum development that the ISP uses across its programs. At the heart of it is authentic engagement with teachers as researchers.
